KYLA JOY handbags are proudly designed and handcrafted in Los Angeles, California, leveraging the dynamic and talented network of artisans right here at home. The leather we use is specially chosen and sourced from the finest tanneries in Italy and South America. Our handbags are made with care to last. To extend the life of your new companion, follow our tips for caring for your new leather KYLA JOY handbag:  

Tips for Caring for your Leather KYLA JOY Handbag:

  • Should your bag get wet, wipe it gently dry with a soft (ideally white) cotton cloth.
  • Handle leather with clean hands. Leather is susceptible to absorbing grease and oils. Be especially careful after having just applied hand lotion.
  • Use a cleaner made especially for leather. Apply using a circular motion and wipe off with a slightly damp cloth so as not to clog the pores of the leather. Applying this cleaner once or twice a year should keep your bag clean.
  • Moisturize your bag with a leather conditioner to keep it supple. (Do not use a conditioner on patent leather.)
  • Let an expert deal with severe stains. If something extreme befalls your handbag (say it isn’t so!), you are probably best served by consulting a local leather expert to determine the best path forward. Try a high-end dry cleaner or a leather repair shop as a starting point.
  • Store your bag properly when not being used. Stuff your handbag with paper any other soft material to help restore and hold its shape. (Be careful about using bubble wrap or other plastic materials since plastic can deteriorate over time and interact chemically with the leather.)  Store your leather bag in a dust bag or natural fabric pillowcase. If you’ve just cleaned the bag, allow it to air dry completely before storage.  


PRODUCT WARRANTY & REPAIRS

KYLA JOY handbags are meticulously handcrafted to last a lifetime. We offer a limited warranty for manufacturer’s defects such as broken hardware and construction malfunctions such as stitching coming apart.

In the case of a manufacturer’s defect, KYLA JOY will repair your bag free of charge. You simply pay a $20 shipping fee. Email us at hello@kylajoy.com with any questions.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Where we ship & shipping options:  

KYLA JOY offers worldwide shipping. Note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders are shipped from Irvine, California.

Estimated delivery of 5-20 business days for all international orders

$25 for orders within the continental US

Not available for orders to Hawaii, Alaska or international (including US territories)

Free standard shipping

International shipping provided does not include duties and taxes. Duties and taxes will be due upon receipt.  

All amounts are in US Dollars.   

Expedited shipping options are not available for international orders.

APO/FPO

Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address are shipped via the US Postal Service. Estimated delivery time is 7 - 10 days, but orders may be subject to longer transit times due to military processing. 

 

 

Important shipping notes:

  • Please note the we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If you would like an order to be shipped the same day, please place your order before 12:00 noon PST.  
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
  • If an order contains an item with a delayed shipping date, the entire order will be shipped together.  

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns & exchanges policy

It is very important to us that our customers are happy with their purchase. If for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item purchased at full price from our website please contact us within 30 days from when you have received your order.  Please provide the order number and reasoning for the return/exchange in the email.

Note: We are more than happy to accommodate returns/exchanges of items that have not been worn or tampered with. Returns are processed back to the original source of payment.

Steps to return item(s):

  • If you wish to return an unused KYLA JOY product, simply email us at hello@kylajoy.com within 30 days of shipment.
  • Securely pack the item(s) to be returned (with a copy of your order form) inside an appropriate shipping box and seal.
  • Send package back to KYLA JOY at 15550-D Rockfield Blvd, Irvine, CA 92618. You are responsible for the return shipping charges and may use a carrier of your choice.
  • Your refund will be applied within 3 business days upon receipt of your item(s).  


Steps to exchange item(s):

Since our inventory changes constantly, please contact us at hello@kylajoy.com and we will be happy to help you with an exchange.

We accept the following forms of payment on the KYLA JOY web site:

  • Major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB
  • PayPal, Amazon Pay
  • FurturePay- Buy now, pay later

Important Payment Notes:

  • Only one credit card can be used per transaction.
  • Your card will not be charged until we ship the items in your order.
  • While attempting to place an order at kylajoy.com, a temporary authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. This is not an actual charge and the authorization hold will be removed within 48 hours, depending on the policies of your card issuing bank.

  • First and last name
  • Your email address (which will also serve as your kylajoy.com username)
  • Your password

Once you have created your account, you can change your account details and preferences easily and at any point in the future.  To make changes, simply click “sign in” at the top of our homepage.

Click on “sign in” at the top of the homepage to go to the customer login page. Click on the “Forgot your password?” link. Enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
